OFFICE ASSISTANT - PART-TIME
A company in Brainerd, MN is now hiring a temporary, part-time Office Assistant. Candidates will provide customer service and staff assistance as needed with clerical duties, billing, shipping, data entry and light office cleaning.
-Office Reception: Answer incoming calls and refer to installers or supervisors as needed. Greet office visitors in person; provide assistance or refer to other staff as needed.
-Office Management: Updating customer and vendor account information, shipping items, accepting shipments, managing office supply inventory, mailing, filing customer and vendor files, and light office cleaning.
-Bookkeeping: Accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and data entry.
-High school diploma or equivalent required
-1 2 years office, secretarial and word processing experience
-Courteousness and interpersonal skills
