ADMINISTRATIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT
BRAINERD LAKES AREA, MN
A Brainerd Lakes construction company is now hiring an Administrative Project Manager to join their team. Candidates will primarily be managing construction jobs and schedules. This position is Monday Friday, 7: 30am 4: 30pm. $15/hour.
-Understand the principles of good customer service.
-Assist in the sales process by attending customer design meetings.
-Manage the bidding process, collect subcontract bids and establish a complete budget for each project.
-Develop production schedule for each project.
-Complete and distribute all purchase orders.
-Approve contractor selection.
-Maintain thorough knowledge of construction practices, materials, and procedures for all trade contractors.
-Monitor production schedules, critical paths for projects, trade contractor schedules, and cost control to ensure projects are completed on time and meet expected quality and profit levels.
-Conduct design meetings with customers to review option selections. Provide professional advice on the types of materials and/or upgrades that are most appropriate for customers.
-Project Management knowledge
-Proficient in all Microsoft Office
-5 years experience in construction management
