ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - PART-TIME
BRAINERD LAKES AREA, MN
A manufacturing company in the Brainerd Lakes Area is now hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant must be able to professionally administer all basic administrative and receptionist duties. It will be his/her responsibility to support all areas as assigned by management. He/she will be critical to assisting visitors, scheduling appointments, creating various reports, and otherwise supporting the day to office functions. This position is part-time, Monday Friday. $11 12/hour depending on qualifications.
The Admin Assistant must have 1 year of advanced education or one year of related business office experience.
It is a requirement that the individual has good communication skills and is able to handle all situations involving visitors and personnel.
The Admin Assistant must have good computer skills and be proficient in generally all of the Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) The individual will be required to learn the Vista along with other computer programs used by the company.
A positive attitude is required when dealing with visitors and with other employees.
Quality of work is key value needed by the Admin Assistant. The individual should strive to send out reports along with other communications internally and externally without errors or misrepresentation.
