A manufacturing company in the Brainerd Lakes Area is looking to hire an Accounting Specialist. This position is an entry to intermediate level position. Candidates are expected to perform a range of accounting assignments in a developing capacity to include basic bookkeeping, AP/AR, reconciliations, etc. Basic office/administrative responsibilities are included in this position, including answering phone and greeting customers. Microsoft Office and data entry experience is a must. This position is Monday Friday, 8am 4: 30pm. Pay depends on qualifications.
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-A 2 year degree or certification in Business Administration or Accounting preferred.
-Must have driver s license.
-Customer Service: 1 year
-Administrative Assistant: 1 year
-Accounting: 1 year
